How the inquiry form works
The form prepares a message in your email application. Entering details in the form does not by itself send them to us. You must review and send the email to complete your inquiry. We do not save the form fields in browser storage.
Information you send
When you email or message us, we use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss services. Please limit the initial message to basic contact information and a brief description of your goals.
Documents and client engagements
After a service is agreed, we explain the document-sharing process and any engagement-specific information handling arrangements. Contact us with questions about information you have provided.
External services
Email, WhatsApp, YouTube, CaseCloud and travel booking links open or load services with their own privacy terms. The embedded video is hosted by YouTube. Canadian assessment and client account links lead to an external portal associated with our Canadian affiliate. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. The website hosting provider may process connection information needed to deliver the pages.
